You choose the Digiweave package that best fits what you need: Core, Pro, or Elite.
Each package has a monthly price and a clear level of design, setup, hosting, maintenance and support included. Your website is built and managed as part of the monthly service, so there is no large upfront website build fee.
All plans include managed hosting, SSL, security, backups, technical maintenance and support. The main differences are how much design flexibility, setup help, content support, SEO setup and ongoing improvement work you want included.
Each plan starts with a 12-month initial agreement. After that, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis unless agreed otherwise.
Digiweave Core is the most affordable way to get a professional managed website online. It is ideal if you want a clean, modern website without a large upfront build cost, and you are happy to add and manage your own content using the Digiweave editor. You choose from a selection of suitable Digiweave layout options, then we tailor the selected design to your business with agreed light adjustments.
Digiweave Pro is for businesses that want a more complete, ready-to-launch website without having to handle all the setup themselves. It includes a bespoke design created around your business, plus more help getting the site properly set up from the start. We can take care of the key page setup, on-page SEO foundations and agreed content setup so the website is much closer to being ready to go live when we hand it over. You still get the same editing flexibility as Core, but with more done for you.
Digiweave Elite is for business owners who take their website seriously as a long-term business asset. It includes the bespoke design and setup benefits of Pro, with extra monthly support time, priority support and an annual website review. Each year, we review the site with you, look at what could be improved, discuss your goals, and create a plan for how the website can work harder for your business over the next year.
In simple terms, Core gets you online professionally and affordably, Pro gives you a more complete and hands-off launch, and Elite is for businesses that want to keep improving, optimising and developing their website over time.
Yes. Your website build is included as part of the monthly service, so you are not asked to pay a large upfront project fee before your site goes live.
Instead, your website is built, hosted, maintained and supported through one manageable monthly payment. This makes it easier to get a professional website online without having to commit to a large one-off build cost.
The package you choose determines the level of design, setup, content help, SEO setup and ongoing support included.
Yes, if you choose Digiweave Pro or Digiweave Elite. Those plans include a bespoke website design created around your business, your brand, your services and the type of customers you want to attract.
Digiweave Core works differently. With Core, you choose from a selection of suitable Digiweave layout options, then we tailor the selected layout to your business with agreed light adjustments. That may include things like colours, imagery, layout details and basic visual changes so the site feels appropriate for your business.
Core is not a full bespoke design process, but it is still professionally configured and adapted so you are not left with something unsuitable or completely generic.
Yes, but ecommerce websites are not currently offered as a fixed-price monthly package.
Online stores can vary a lot depending on what you sell, how many products you need, how payments should work, whether you need shipping rules, tax settings, stock management, customer emails, subscriptions, bookings, or other third-party tools.
Because of that, ecommerce projects are reviewed individually and quoted based on the actual scope of work. In some cases, a simple selling setup may be possible as part of a wider managed website project, but a full online store will usually need a custom quote.
If you need ecommerce, tell us what you want to sell and how the store needs to work. We will then let you know whether it is a good fit and what the cost would be before anything goes ahead.
Tell us what you need during the consultation. We look at the whole project, not just one individual feature.
In some cases, a practical feature such as a simple booking setup may be possible within the normal monthly package, especially if the rest of the website is straightforward. In other cases, a booking system, ecommerce setup, payment feature, third-party integration or more advanced functionality may need to be quoted separately.
It depends on the overall scope, the amount of setup involved, whether specialist software is needed, and how much time the project is likely to take. We will explain what can be included, what cannot, and what the best-value approach is before you commit.
All Digiweave plans include the technical support needed to keep your website live, secure and properly maintained. That includes managed hosting, SSL, security, backups, software maintenance and help with technical issues.
The main difference is the level of hands-on website support included in your package.
Digiweave Core includes technical support and is designed for clients who are happy to manage their own website content using the Digiweave editor.
Digiweave Pro includes more direct support, with 30 minutes of support time each month for agreed website updates, content tweaks and help with the site.
Digiweave Elite includes priority support and 1 hour of support time each month, making it better suited to businesses that want to keep developing, improving and refining their website after launch.
If you need work that falls outside your plan or would take a significant amount of extra time, we will explain that clearly before anything goes ahead. There are no surprise charges.
Yes. Your website is built with a simple editor designed for normal business owners, not developers. Updating text, changing images and editing basic page content is designed to feel straightforward and difficult to break.
Text is edited in clear content fields, and images are added into predefined spaces so the layout stays consistent. Where cropping or image quality matters, the system helps guide you so you do not have to worry about accidentally damaging the design.
You can also edit important page details such as titles, meta descriptions and other website settings where available. This is especially useful on Digiweave Core, where you manage your own content. Pro and Elite clients can also update their own content whenever they want, even where additional support is included.
It depends on the package and the scope agreed during the consultation.
Digiweave Core is designed for clients who are happy to provide and manage their own website content. We provide the website structure, design setup and editor, but you are responsible for adding the main text, images, page titles, meta descriptions and content.
Digiweave Pro and Digiweave Elite include more help getting the website ready to launch. That can include agreed content setup, page structure, on-page SEO foundations and help shaping the website so it feels more complete from the start.
If you need detailed sales copy, specialist marketing copy, a large amount of page content, ongoing content creation or anything outside the agreed project scope, that may need to be quoted separately.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. It is the process of helping search engines understand what your website is about and which searches your pages may be relevant for.
On-page SEO means working on the parts of your website that appear on the site itself, such as page titles, descriptions, headings, content structure, internal links and the way key pages are set up.
Good on-page SEO gives your website a stronger foundation, but it does not mean guaranteed rankings, guaranteed traffic, paid advertising, or a full ongoing SEO campaign. It means your website is set up with sensible SEO foundations from the start, where included in your selected package.
Yes. Standard domain registration or renewal and SSL are included as part of the managed website service.
We will agree the best domain arrangement with you before the website goes live. In many cases, it can be sensible for you to keep the domain registered in your own name so you retain direct ownership of it, while Digiweave helps with setup, configuration and connection.
SSL is also included. This gives your website the secure padlock in the browser and helps protect information sent through your site, such as contact form submissions.
Premium domains, unusually expensive domains or specialist domain arrangements may need to be handled separately.
That is completely fine. We can connect your existing domain to your new Digiweave website, or we can talk through whether it makes sense for Digiweave to help manage it for you.
If you prefer to keep your domain with your current provider, that is absolutely fine. In many cases, that is the cleanest arrangement because the domain stays directly in your name.
We can guide you through the setup or, with your permission, help make the technical changes needed to point the domain to your new website.
Yes. Your domain name should not be used to trap you into staying with a web design company.
Where possible, we recommend keeping the domain registered in your own name so you retain clear ownership and control. If Digiweave manages the domain for you, we do that to make setup, renewals and technical configuration easier, not to lock you in.
If you ever want to move your domain, keep it with your own provider, or take direct control of it, we will help with that process.
Most straightforward websites can usually be built and ready to go live in around two weeks, provided we have the information, content and feedback we need from you.
Digiweave Core websites can often be ready more quickly, sometimes in around one week, because they use an approved Digiweave layout that is tailored to your business rather than being designed fully from scratch.
More involved websites can take longer, especially if there are lots of pages, bespoke design requirements, third-party tools, booking features, ecommerce requirements or delays in receiving content.
We will give you a realistic timescale before the project begins so you know what to expect.
That is not a problem. We can look at your existing website and advise on the best way forward.
In some cases, it may make sense to rebuild the site on the Digiweave system so it can be properly hosted, maintained and supported as part of your monthly package. In other cases, we may be able to keep parts of your existing content, structure or design direction and improve it from there.
During the consultation, we will look at what you already have, what is working, what needs improving, and which package or custom setup makes the most sense.
Yes. Every Digiweave website includes the ability to publish your own posts, articles, news updates or blog content.
You can add new posts through the website editor, write the content, upload images, organise posts, and publish updates whenever you need to. This is included across all Digiweave packages, including Core.
Posting useful content is one of the best ways to keep your website active and give search engines more pages to understand, index and rank. It can also help answer customer questions, show your expertise, share business updates and bring more relevant visitors to your website over time.
You do not have to run a traditional "blog" if that does not suit your business. It could be called News, Articles, Advice, Guides, Resources, Updates or something else that fits your brand.
Yes. You own the content you provide for your website, including your text, images, branding, articles, posts and business information.
Digiweave provides the managed website service, technical framework, hosting, maintenance and support. Your own business content remains yours.
Yes. We can help you configure a professional business email address using your domain name, such as [email protected].
The best setup depends on how you plan to use email. Some businesses only need a simple option for receiving enquiries, while others need a more robust setup through third-party providers such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for better reliability, deliverability and day-to-day business use.
We will talk this through during the consultation and recommend the most suitable option for your needs.
Most Digiweave websites are built for businesses, sole traders, freelancers, organisations, clubs, charities, creators and professional projects.
The main thing is that the website needs a clear purpose and be a good fit for the managed service. If you need a professional online presence and like the way Digiweave works, get in touch and we can talk through what you need.
