You pay a simple monthly fee that covers everything you need to get online: the custom design and build of your website, premium hosting, behind-the-scenes maintenance, security, and ongoing support. There is no large upfront project fee. Both plans start with a simple 12-month agreement, after which your subscription continues on a rolling, cancel-anytime monthly basis.
Yes. While we work with a lot of UK clients, we also work with businesses abroad. If you love our approach and want to work together, just get in touch. We can have a chat, see what you are looking for, and figure out how to make it work.
That is right. The website build is included as part of the subscription service, so you are not asked to hand over thousands of pounds before your website even goes live.
We believe you should be able to get a professional, high-quality website without a large upfront project fee getting in the way. Instead, your site is built, hosted, maintained, and supported through one manageable monthly payment.
Yes. Every site we build is tailored to your business. We design a polished, modern layout that fits your specific brand, rather than forcing you into a generic template. If you already have a particular design style you like, or a look you want to take inspiration from, just let us know. Show us some examples, and we will create a design that fits your business.
No. While many of our clients are businesses, we can build websites for almost anyone who needs a professional online presence.
That might include charities, community groups, clubs, personal brands, freelancers, creators, portfolios, campaigns, events, or individuals with a project they want to share online. If you need a website and like our approach, just get in touch and we can talk through what you need.
The Digiweave Website plan is for anyone who needs a professional online presence without selling products directly through the site. It covers the key pages and features you would expect, such as information pages, contact forms, portfolios, posts, and updates.
The Digiweave Store plan includes everything in the Website plan, plus a fully managed ecommerce setup so you can sell products directly online, complete with a basket, secure checkout, and payment processing.
Absolutely. We build your website with a clean, easy-to-use editor so you can manage routine updates yourself. Adding a post, updating text, or uploading a new image is designed to feel as straightforward as writing an email. And of course, we are always here to support you if you get stuck.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. "On-page" refers to the work done directly on your website to help it perform better in search engines like Google, whereas "off-page" SEO involves things happening elsewhere on the internet, such as other websites linking back to you.
For your website, we make sure the fundamental on-page foundations are set up properly from day one, giving your site a stronger starting point for search visibility. Good on-page SEO helps search engines understand what your business does, what pages are important, and which searches your website is relevant for.
We also make it easy for you to add your own posts, updates, and useful content over time, which can help your website grow naturally and attract more visitors.
It covers everything required to keep your website running perfectly, both behind the scenes and on the front end. We handle all the technical maintenance, security, and reliable hosting so you never have to worry about software updates or downtime. Alongside that, we also cover routine content tweaks. Need to change your opening hours, swap out a team photo, or update a service description? Just drop us a message and we will take care of it.
Just let us know what you need. Wherever possible, we include practical features within your normal monthly subscription, especially when they are sensible to build into your website from the start.
If a feature requires specialist software, paid third-party tools, unusually complex setup, or a significant amount of additional development time, we will explain that clearly and agree the best approach with you before anything goes ahead. There are no surprise charges and no unnecessary upsells. Our aim is always to find the simplest, most cost-effective way to give your business the functionality it needs.
Yes. We cover the setup and ongoing renewal cost for standard domains, such as .co.uk or .com, as part of your subscription.
We also include an SSL certificate for your website. This is what gives your site the secure padlock in the browser and helps protect information sent through your website, such as contact form submissions. Some companies charge separately for this, but with Digiweave it is included as part of your managed website service.
That is completely fine. We can either transfer it over to our management so we can handle the renewals for you, or we can simply connect your existing domain to your new Digiweave website.
If you prefer to keep your domain with your current provider, that is absolutely fine too. We can guide you through the setup, or, with your permission, handle the technical changes for you. Either way, we make sure your domain is connected properly and your new website goes live smoothly.
Yes. Your domain name should never be used to trap you into staying with a web design company.
If we manage your domain for you, we do that to make things easier: renewals, setup, and technical configuration can all be handled on your behalf. But if you ever want to keep your domain with your own provider, transfer it elsewhere, or take direct control of it, we are happy to help with that process.
We work quickly. If your project is relatively straightforward and you are able to get back to us promptly with feedback and information, we can often have your brand new website designed, built, and live in around two weeks.
More complex projects can take longer, but we will always give you a clear idea of the expected timeline before we begin.
Yes, we can help with the general text for your website. During the consultation, we will ask the right questions about your business, your services, your customers, and what you want the website to communicate. From there, we can help turn that information into clear, professional website content.
This is ideal if you need strong, polished wording for your main pages but do not want to write everything yourself from scratch. You will still have the opportunity to review, adjust, and refine the text so it sounds right for your business.
If you need specialist conversion copy, campaign-specific sales copy, or highly detailed marketing copywriting, that may need to be quoted separately. We will discuss that clearly with you if it applies.
Not a problem at all. If you already have a site that you are happy with, we can look at transferring it over to our system and taking care of the technical side for you, potentially adding some technical, security, or performance improvements along the way.
Alternatively, if your current site is looking a bit tired and it is time for a stronger, more up-to-date presence, we can completely redesign and rebuild it.
Get in touch and we can go over the specifics of your current website, what you want to keep, what you want to improve, and the best way to handle the transition.
Absolutely. You own 100% of any content you post on your website. Your text, your images, your branding, and any articles or posts you publish belong entirely to you. We simply provide the managed service and technical framework to bring it all to life online.
Yes. We can help you set up a professional business email address using your domain name, such as [email protected].
The best setup depends on how you plan to use email. Some businesses only need a simple option for receiving enquiries, while others need a more robust setup through 3rd party providers such as Google or Microsoft for better reliability, deliverability, and day-to-day business use. Choosing the right option is important for making sure your emails end up in your customer's inboxes rather than their spam folders.
We will talk this through with you during the consultation and recommend the most suitable option for your needs.
