Our story
We discovered Willowbrook Cottage purely by chance during a weekend walk. It had stood empty for several years and was quietly hiding behind overgrown brambles.
Over the next eighteen months we carefully restored the stonework, opened up the original fireplaces, and updated the interiors. Our goal was to keep the charming character of the old building while adding all the warmth and comfort we appreciate in a holiday home.
Today, it is a peaceful retreat that we love sharing with guests who are looking to escape the rush of daily life.

The Cottage
Your home away from home
Willowbrook offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to four guests. Spread over two floors, the layout combines traditional cottage features with bright and modern living spaces.
Living Space
The heart of the cottage is the sitting room. It features a large stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, and original exposed beams.
A smart TV is tucked away, and the shelves hold a selection of books and board games for quiet evenings in.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking. You will find an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The rustic dining table comfortably seats four and overlooks the garden, perfect for leisurely breakfasts.
Bedrooms & Bathroom
Upstairs offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and countryside views. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or a super-king.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower, a heated towel rail, and luxury local toiletries.
